Delivery Not Received

Have you not received your order within the specified delivery time or within 7–14 days?

Please contact us by email and write "Delivery Not Received" in the subject line.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

• You have 30 days right of withdrawal from the day you received the item.

• To return, fill in the return form and send it to info@tradgardsstylisterna.sore. You will then receive a return shipping label.

• Returns are sent to our return warehouse.

• Cost of return shipping: SEK 90, which will be deducted from the refund.

Return conditions:

• The product must be returned in the same condition as you received it.

• If the item has been handled in a way that has decreased its value, a deduction corresponding to the depreciation may be made from the refund.

• Refunds will be issued within 7-14 business days (Monday–Friday) from the date we receive your return.

• If you have paid via Klarna, you can report the return in the Klarna app to pause the payment during the return process.

Uncollected Package

• Packages normally remain at the agent for 7 days.

• If not collected, it will be returned to our warehouse.

• Uncollected packages will be charged a fee of SEK 100 to cover handling costs.

• The remaining order value will be refunded to the same payment method you used at the time of purchase.

• If you change your mind after ordering, you need to collect the package and then return it to avoid the fee.
